Asset Recovery Group, LLC (ARG, LLC) was founded in 2015 originally in New York state; now in Pennsylvania. ARG, LLC is a growing company that prides itself on employment and financial recovery for its customers. No problem. Most of our customers can view their account information online from their computer or mobile device anytime on our website. There you’ll find the same important information as on your customer letter such as the original creditor, seller, merchant, account balance, account offers, and more.

Why is ARG, LLC attempting to collect my debt when they're not the original lender?

When banks, credit card companies, and other creditors are unable to collect on an unpaid loan or purchase, they may hire a collection agency to collect on their behalf, or they may sell those debts to companies like ARG, LLC. The debt is still yours, and it is still due. The right to collect on your account has been transferred to us, Asset Retention Group, LLC. Our goal is to work collaboratively to help you resolve your debt in a way that is manageable for you.

On our website, you can find the same important information as on your customer letter, such as the original creditor, seller, merchant, account balance, account offers, and more.

I'm having difficulty processing my payment what do I do now?

I received a call or a letter from ARG, LLC What do I do? 

 

If you received a phone call or letter from us, please reach out to us. The sooner you do, the sooner we can help. The more we know about your situation, the more we can help you. Why do I still owe the money if I didn't borrow from you in the first place? 

The store or credit card company that you borrowed from decided they no longer wanted to try to collect the debt, and they made a business decision to sell your debt to us. The right to collect on your account has been transferred to Asset Retention Group, LLC. Do you remove the account from credit reports after it has been resolved?

At this time ARG does not report to credit bureaus. It is not our goal to make repayment a hassle but a recovery. We believe our customers want to be debt free without hassle.
